POTENTIAL SOLUTION: Apple Device gets booted off of WiFi with "No Internet Connection" error message

After struggling for a week or so with my iPhone and iPad randomly getting bumped off my Verizon router, I think I have a solution. I'm posting it here to help.

What worked for me: disabling the "Self-Organizing Network" feature on my Verizon router (can be done using the My Fios app from the App Store).

A lot of modern routers have the "Self-Organizing Network" feature. Basically, this means that instead of having the router spit out a regular 2.4 Ghz signal and a 5G signal, it outputs a single WiFi network and then automatically switches your devices between the two signals based on how close you are to the router. Apparently, Apple devices don't like this feature and sometimes freak out when switching back and forth, causing you to lose connection and internet access. I disabled the feature, splitting my single WiFi into two signals (2.4 and 5G), and just connected my devices to the 2.4 signal. Now that my devices don't switch back and forth, I'm not having the problems anymore.

Hope this helps!
