Can One Copy iMessages from Apple Watch to iPhone?

I accidentally deleted an entire batch of texts from one of my contacts on my iPhone. Unfortunately I did not enable iCloud Messages so that avenue is not available to me for restoration. However the messages are still on my Apple Watch.

Is there a way to either send those messages to iCloud and snag them on my iPhone or a way to send them device-to-device?

Hello Zakkath and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It appears you are trying to restore deleted messages on your iPhone. While you can't transfer them between devices, you can restore them if they were backed up via iCloud or in iTunes/Finder. Please keep in mind this will restore your phone back to that point in time so any new content will be removed.
