I recently purchased a 2020 iMac with the upgraded GPU (5700xt 16gb ram) and also have an external gpu for a mac mini that is also a 5700xt 8gb ram. Is there a way to use both simultaneously on my iMac to increase performance?
Multi-GPU support is application specific. There is no global setting to use both (unless you use two GPU heavy applications simultaneously in which case you could configure each to use a different GPU).
