Can I turn off photos in ios 14 sidebar?

I am sick and tired of my private photos popping up whenever I open up the sidebar to check news headlines. How can I disable this feature in iOs 14?

I try to open my phone and find that the phone wants to change wallpapers! It may be great for some people, but I should be able to disable it in Settings! If I want my phone to look different, I want to explicitly tell it what it should look like!
