My new Iphone SE has been trying to download the new update for 3 hours.

I just bought the new Iphone SE today and I was beyond excited to get it home and set it up. Unfortunately, it has been trying to download the new iOS14 for the past 3 hours. I tried to restart the new phone and upload it again but it's still stuck on this one update. I am beyond frustrated, is there any advice on what is going on/what to do?
