What if I followed the instructions and disassociated the device from my account, but the device is still not letting the new user set it up as a new iPod? It still requires the log in.

If you can access the iPod, do the steps in the article below.


Selling/Giving Away Device.      


If you can't access the iPod, try using Find My Phone.


Find My Phone – Remove device.
