Well, if you deactivated it, that is wholly different from deleting it.

“Can I reactivate my account?

Yes. If you request account deactivation, you'll receive a unique alphanumeric access code. When you're ready to reactivate your Apple ID, contact Apple Support, provide your access code, and we’ll help you reactivate your account. If you lose this code, we won't be able to help reactivate your account.“

If you have deleted an AppleID there is no possibility of recovering it. Deletions of AppleIDs are permanent, as explained when you requested Apple delete it.

“What happens if I change my mind after I have requested that my account be deleted? 

While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can't cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data.“

Yes, and as mentioned in the document I posted the link to, that will only work while your deletion request is being processed. Once it is processed and your AppleID has been deleted, it’s gone. There is no way to recover a deleted AppleID once the request to delete has been fully processed.

All of this was explained in the request form itself, and via email after you submitted the deletion request.
