My phone has iOS 13.4 installed - not 13.7 - and I’m trying to update to iOS 14, but I’ve been stuck on the “ Update Requested “ screen for around 4-5 days at this point. I’ve tried to force it to update with my computer, but no luck. I also cannot find where to update my phone to 13.7, so I’m currently confused on what to do.
Ah, wait, I just reset my phone and the update is now downloading. Problem is solved!
Have you tried connecting it to your computer and updating.
Yeah, I tried to plug it into my computer. It said it needed to update my phone, so I waited for it to update it, but when it said the update was complete, my phone hadn’t downloaded to update or anything.
