Why can’t I download iOS 14 on my new iPhone 11?

I can’t download iOS 14 it keeps saying requesting update then goes back to the download and install option and it won’t download.

Is your iPhone charged to at least 50%?
Are you connected to WiFi?
Have you previously had a beta version on this iPhone? If yes -> How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support
How much free space do you have on your iPhone?
How fast is your WiFi connection?
Have you tried connecting to your computer and updating?
