office365 shared mailbox

Anyone having any trouble or have tips for using an office365 shared mailbox in the native iPhone mail app in iOS 14? I had it set up to be working as an IMAP account, but after updating to iOS 14 it now gives me an error message.

I have the same IMAP setup on two mac computers and an older iPhone that isn't updated to iOS 14, and the shared mailbox works fine on all those devices, so the issue seems to be related to something that was changed with the update. Wondering if any office users are having this issue and/or might have figured out a work around?

(I did try deleting the account and re-adding it, no luck)

Following up on this to see how stupid I may have just been. I received a call from "Apple" (1-800-275-2273) claiming to be following up on this post. Discussed the issue a bit, then I gave him the serial number of my phone, which allowed him to share my screen. I didn't have to download anything or visit a website for this to occur, he was able to connect with just the serial information and my apple ID.

Using a red arrow on my screen, he directed me towards settings>privacy>analytics & improvements wherein he performed some kind of upload of my phone logs. After I hung up I suddenly realized I may have just forked over all sorts of access to my phone and information, and after googling around the consensus seems to be that Apple would never initiate a phone call with customers.

The only thing that's kind of making me think MAYBE its legit is they already knew my real name when they called (though, admittedly my username is kind of a hint to my actual name) and they referenced this post, so it wasn't a generic "your information has been compromised" call.

Anyone heard of anything like this happening from posts on the board? Or am I a total sucker?
