"Next" link grayed out when setting up Mail on iPad

I have a new iPad Pro 12.9" running iPadOS 15.6. I'm trying to set up the Mail app to use my IMAP e-mail account thru DreamHost. I have everything entered correctly but on the second "New Account" screen, the "Next" link in the upper righthand corner constantly stays grayed out so I can't tap it:

(I've purposefully obscured some of the settings for privacy reasons. Regardless, the settings are correct; user name is the e-mail address and even tho the screenshot didn't save the bullets in the password field, the password is there and entered correctly.)

Seems like there's something obvious I'm overlooking here but I can't figure it out. I'm using the same e-mail account on my Mac without any issues.

I had to swipe up to reveal the outgoing mail settings; this wasn’t obvious to me. I thought the app was asking me to enter the incoming mail settings and then tap the “Next” link in order to get to the outgoing mail settings. I have low vision, and it’s possible the outgoing mail settings being obscured is due to how I have my iPad display settings set up. Regardless, my DreamHost mail is working now on the iPad.
