Forgot my iCloud password

Hi I am Lakna from Sri Lanka. I bought this phone 3 years ago from Apple Authorized dealer in SL.

I Can’t remember my iCloud email password in my phone which I connected to iCloud (****). But I can access the iCloud email which I connected to the store (****@ gmail.com)

ive tried many times. My iCloud email is locked now. I can’t access the mails since the password verification mail is going to same iCloud account and can’t access my email inbox either. Even the security question is not working.

please please help to fix this. I have attached 2 screenshots for your reference 😊

If Apple ID is locked -- If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.

Yes I did. But the problem is can’t access my iCloud email which the password has sent. It’s the SAME email which I forgot the password. ( Harshini.jayasinghe@icloud.com)

Hi Thankyou for your quick response.

but my phone says Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. And I even the security questions are not working. And when I insert “unlock through mail”, the mail goes to Harshini.jayasinghe@icloud.com which the email has been locked. 😞😞😞

please help me to fix this.
