IPhone X display module replacement program due to Touch issues

Hi, My iPhone X has Touch problems due to a defective part in the display module. There is only a small crack in my screen. This Touch problem was already before the crack. If I send my iPhone X to Apple to have this screen made, will it be reimbursed? I bought in November 2018.
