If its an Uber Promo code, you redeem it inside the Uber App. Menu->Payment->Add Promo code.

If its a code for something from the iTunes Store, open the itunes Store App, and scroll all the way to the bottom, tap on Redeem.

If its something else, you'll need to explain exactly what the code is for.
