This is definitely some form of malware or virus. Really hope Apple patches this out fast cause it's spreading across platforms. I've got it on my laptop, desktop, and iPhone.

There isn’t a fix....just don’t download it!! If it’s typical of such stuff it will soon disappear.

Dave, yes most likely council. My pop up blocker is permanently active, hasn’t stopped this one!
