Check with your mail provider support folks and match the provider’s mail server settings with your current settings and adjust your settings as needed. It would seem there have been some changes to the mail server configuration, which can mean needing to modify your local settings. If you have a Mac, use Connection Doctor there to see what mail is encountering.

I should clarify, phone download stopped working after Friday. On computer, we cannot use PDQ.NET with success, but doing an Internet America webmail search took us to a different link that worked, so saved that site to start from there to log in.

My last downloads were Friday. Frustrating.

FOUND IT. It’s on the Rise Broadband site. Phone mail is working again. Yay!
