Can anyone help, have Apple introduced speed cameras on Apple Maps with IOS 14 in the UK and if so how to you activate then on your map?

Currently, speed cameras are only available in the U.S.
I have seen some Red Light cameras displayed on Apple Maps here in the UK since iOS 14 was launched a few days ago (in addition to most traffic lights also being displayed by Maps). But I can’t see any way of telling Maps to make some sort of alert as you are approaching these Red Light cameras. My standby option for speed camera alerts is to have Waze running as a background app on my phone, and set the Waze audio to “Alerts Only”.
