Apple Watch won’t pair

So after WatchOS7, my Fitness-app didn’t register my moves. A friend of mine said that I should unpair and re-pair my watch and that would fix it. I’m stuck with this now. Anyone who can help me with this?

I already fixed it. Don’t know how, but I pressed on the button ‘Share With’ and then it connected with my iPhone again. Very strange, but a big relieve.
