Apple Watch won’t pair

So after WatchOS7, my Fitness-app didn’t register my moves. A friend of mine said that I should unpair and re-pair my watch and that would fix it. I’m stuck with this now. Anyone who can help me with this?

I cannot pair or unpair my watch my watch is only partially paired. Some of the apps still work, others don't. I cannot pair nor can I unpair. When I go to the Apple Watch app on my phone the only message I can get is "start pairing", but that doesn't work. When I was at our Apple Store last week, the store advisor said the Genius Bar would probably send it in, but you might try Apple Support first.

APPLE WATCH DONT PAIR AFTER ACCIDENTALLY UNPAIRING IT Im trying to pair my watch SE to my iphone 14PM, i hard reset the watch since im having a hard time re-pairing it.. tried everything ive watched on youtube and even reset my network settings.. i already scanned the circlish moving thing that will appear but when asked to update the watch i declined it and suddenly it unpairs again and now i have no access to the watch cause it will only turned on and just says continue set up on iphone. Help!!!!

Apple Watch cant pair I am in desperate need of help. I stopped using my Apple Watch (for longer than I hoped) and when I came back to it it’s now telling me to reset it and pair it again. That’s fine but I deleted the watch app months ago so my phone isn’t paired with it even though my watch it. When I try to repair it - it just says that the watch has already been paired. I’m really not sure what to do

I already fixed it. Don’t know how, but I pressed on the button ‘Share With’ and then it connected with my iPhone again. Very strange, but a big relieve.
