Hi! I had an iPhone XR replacement in Jan 2020 due factory defect of battery. The iPhone is working well until now that I discovered it was a jailbreak phone because one of the mobile banking app has been disabled. I’ve asked my friends who uses the same app and it’s working fine on their phones. How could this be when I got the replacement from an authorized service.

this has been a frequently occurring issue that we've seen in these forums. If you didn't jailbreak your iPhone, then don't worry about it. BDO personal or whatever that app developer is, needs to update their app to work on iOS 14
