I recently updated my iPhone XR and after 2 FaceTime calls my phone glitched and now I cannot click on apps and my volume and lock button are not responding to shut my iPhone down. Is this a problem that will resolve itself? Is it just a freeze?

I’ve been having a whole range of issues from not being able to shut off phone (have to reset - click volume up, click volume down, then click lock button), not being able to unlock phone, unable to delete apps from Home Screen, and several issues with Apple Watch after updating it too. Watch and fitness app don’t work.
