new update for apple tv has too many bugs, screen mirroring on youtube crashes all the time, Udemy app won’t even open, Amazon music also has problems

Amazon Prime not working on Apple TV I have an Apple TV model A2169 (64GB) and I have watched Amazon Prime for ever through the Amazon prime app. Now for the last 30 days I keep getting an error : Something went wrong, Please try again later. For more help, go to amazon.com/videohelp. The apps starts to play the video, then it pops up the error message. BUT the program is still playing in the background with sound but i can not get a picture. I have tried every Apple support suggestion. close the app and restart, close the app and power cycle the apple tv, delete the app and reinstall, set the tv back to factory settings. None of these are fixing the problem. What do I do?

Apple TV app pixelated on Sony Bravia Android Tv I can’t play the Apple TV app on my Bravia tv. The picture becomes very pixelated/unwatchable. No issues with internet, all other streaming apps work fine. One work around has been to limit to SD but still some pixelation occurs. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, still occurs. Any thoughts?

NFL + Premium not working on apple tv 4k I am a subscriber to the $79.99 NFl + Premium plan and it has recently stopped working on my Apple TV 4k. When you try to click on an old game to watch it directs me to a screen to purchase NFL + and Premium. On this screen it acknowledges my current plan is the $79.99 plan but nothing associated with that plan will play. I have tried logging out of the app and logging back in. I have also tried deleting the app and re-installing it and logging in again and even attempted to restore purchase. Also I have given the apple tv 4k multiple power cycles while trying all of this. After resetting my password on the mobile app my account will play all of the content on my phone but it is not working on the apple tv 4k. Can someone help me fix this? Also attached is a screen shot from my 4k apple tv. Thanks, Allen

I did that now it is worst than before, some how my audio stops working, I am so frustrated with this product, the only good thing is that I can transmit from my mac book

Do a restart from settings, then give it a few days to settle in. You might find some of these bugs clear up.

Mine wasn’t right either but it’s slowly improving. I know it’s frustrating.
