iOS 14 super buggy

Ok so my iPhone 11 Pro Max is glitching out sence the new iOS 14 update. It’s started randomly while I was doing my homework I tried to type in my passcode and at the last number it froze for about 5 minutes, the phone restarted and instead of going to the Lock Screen like it should have, it said “attempting data recovery” this scared me. Though after that finished in 30 minutes the phone unlocked like it should have. But now the flashlight, speakers, and camera are glitching out. The speakers do not work at all. I really need some help, I’m fed up with this phone.
