Message app slow to load, freezes up and blank screen

Text messaging is extremely important part of my business.

For months I have experienced slow loading message window, or the messenger app completely freezing up all together. Rebooting the phone is the only solution. It’s particularly bad when I try to share a link.

I’ve been struggling with this problem over multiple devices leading me to believe it’s something with iCloud. I do send a picture to almost every person I text and I text approximately 10 to 15 people per day. Would this matter?

I’m not out of memory or storage in any way. Any thoughts?

Next, use your Mac or PC to backup and restore your iOS software to factory settings, as this process erases the information and settings on your device and installs a fresh copy of the latest iOS software. Temporarily set up your phone as new to test your issues, and then restore your back up and test the issues again.
