manually add a device in Apple Business Manager

How do you manually add a device into ABM now? We used to be able to do this before the recent update. Sometimes this feature is needed for us.

Manually add devices to Apple Business Manager? I work at a company that has 100+ iPhones that are not being managed through apple business manager. We need to get these into ABM so we can properly manage them. I have been researching how to add devices manually, however the option for adding devices by serial number, which I've seen in so many videos and guides, is not available in our portal. I also read that you can use some configuration software on a MacBook to add them, but we don't have any MacBooks to do this. How do I add these devices?

Adding devices into Apple Business Manager Hi, How can we add devices we have already purchased in to Apple Business Manager? We have roughly 100 iPhones and 30 iPads we have purchased either through EE Business or the channel, neither support ABM. We devices are all around the world, we do not have access to them to import using ACM and we need to import them into ABM. We are using InTune as our MDM. How do we import them?

Not able to add device to apple business manager Hello, since last week we are no longer able to add devices in the Apple Business Center. In the ABM the option has been hidden, what could be the reasons? The licence agreements have been confirmed. Greetings Daniel

You need to use Apple Configurator 2.
