After update to ios14, on my iphone xs max , both cameras and flashlight doesn't work.

Most forum entries write, that the problem exist mostely on iphone 7 devices.

I have the same problem with an iphone xs max. I realized the problem as face ID don't work anymore eather. Please fix the issue ASAP! After a Diagnose, Apple support told me that the problem rest in a sensor failure of the camera, and i have to send the device in to fix the issue. I am quite sure that the problem is caused from the IOS 14 update and must be a software problem.

Otherwise, other users wouldn#t have the same Problem.

Anyone solved the Problem with an "Reset All Settings" or an "ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS"????

I'm going through the same issue. Even after completing the 14.0.1 update today, my iPhone shows the same symptoms.

Even for me, the problem is not solved after the update to 14.0.1. Have you tried to reset your iphone xs max to the factory settings?

I have been reset all settings and still doesn't work, Apple support said that's a hardware problem, hard to believe, just happened after update.
