Problem with Wacom Intuos Pro

I have drawing tablet Wacom Intuos Pro Medium PTH-651, and when I connect it with MacBook Pro by adapter (GC 4K Ultra HD 5Gb/s USB-C HUB) it’s 'feel' the moving, but when I click on tablet it tells me that MacBook don’t allow tablet to do this and go to preferences and change two things - accesibility and introductory monitoring (I'm not sure the trenslation, there is also prinscreens). I can change first one, but I can’t change the other one because there is no Wacom option there - I’m sending print screens of this. Do you know what is wrong?
