Hello, I have first generation Apple Pencil... I don’t know whether it is charged or not... when I plugged in to my 10.5”IPad Pro, there’s a notification saying that the battery is only 3%. I used my IPad Pro charger and the female connector to charge it. After 20 mins of charging, the notification is still the same, so how do I know whether I charge it properly? Thanks!

Nope sorry. If it was left discharged for an extended period of time the tiny battery inside the pencil can lose the capacity to charge. There is no way to fix that since there is no way to access the Pencil's battery. You need to replace it.

That means its not charging. Normally the 3% issue indicates the Apple Pencil has been left discharged for an extended period of time and the battery can no longer hold a significant charge.
The Pencil is damaged and would need to be replaced.
Thanks Phil0124, no other ways except to replace the Pencil? It was misplaced and I just found it again :-(
