External monitor cutting out
My second monitor is cutting out when connected to my 2017 MacBook Pro with two USB-C ports.

I don't know how much troubleshooting you've done prior to this.
But I'd try some simple things in order to try to rule out each and every factor.
You can try to use just one of the displays at a time and switch the cables around. If the issue remains it might be an issue with the dock itself

The monitor will cut in and out for a bit and then stays black but I can see the mouse on it.
I have two of the exact same monitors plugged in through a Totu adapter, one monitor with HDMI and one with a usb-c to hdmi adapter. Both of these HDMI cables are plugged into the Totu dock.

Can you please elaborate the issue a bit further. Does the second monitor stay black or does it sort of turn on and off rapidly when being connected to your Mac?
