Reporting a glitch iOS 14 apps

After updating to iOS 14 whenever I open an app while another app or website is open it says “pasted from...” whatever is the previous app or tab I have open. Seems bizarre. I’m not pasting anything to anywhere I’m just opening up a new app. This also appears to be a security problem because in two incidents it said “pasted from messages” and “pasted from notes” and I don’t want app developers getting my personal data! Anyone else noticing or have a workaround? Thanks!
