Phone screen is shattered, can’t remember my Apple ID password. After trying to change from another device it’s sending code to my shattered phone. Help

I need to reset my daughters Apple ID password. However her phone screen is shattered, Apple is sending Verification codes to the shattered phone which we cannot access. I just need to turn off her find my phone so we can get her new phone ordered through insurance.
