'Trust This Computer' Frozen on iPhone XR Screen (Even When Locked)

I tried plugging in my phone to charge on my computer & it prompted me saying "Trust This Computer" about a hundred times. After it proved to be impossible to connect the phone to my MacBook Air, I removed the charger from the phone. The pop up remained on the screen despite the number of times I pushed the trust or don't trust button. Now my phone is stuck with that pop up still on screen & it's now locked so I see all my notifications coming in behind the alert. Very frustrated. How do I fix this?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Hello macncheeseisgood,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to get the "Trust this computer" prompt on your iPhone, as nothing happens when you tap the Trust option. To help with this, please follow the steps in the "Get help" section of this Apple resource on this feature:

About the 'Trust This Computer' alert on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Cheers!
