Unable to activate Exposure Notification

Good morning.

Since I've updated to iOS 14 I've been unable to use any COVID19 tracing app.

If I go to privacy>health I have no option to activate COVID 19 exposure logging.

If I try to download any tracing app (I've tried both the Italian Immuni and the UK NHS COVID19) and then go into settings, the Exposure Notification tab doesn't show any app installed.

If i try to go to the app specific settings, I can't see the Exposure Notification option, which I'm sure used to be there in iOS 13.

Seems to happen to a lot (all?) people on iOS 14. German app was fine, upgraded, now can’t turn exposure notifications on. NHS app does not work either. Under app settings exposure notifications are shown for each of the covid apps, but when clicking on it the screen is empty.

This is the bug on the German app’s Github: https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-ios/issues/1193#issuecomment-698471302

I think it is indeed a settings problem - if I never had a Covid app installed previously I probably would have been fine. The German page had a Covid reset profile for 13.6 that had similar problems, but unfortunately it doesn’t work with 14.

14.0.1 hasn’t fixed it either. Perhaps something will time out and rectify over night/remotely - that is my hope, as I can’t reset my settings without losing stuff.
