Change keyboard layout (switch specific keys) on iPad magic keyboard

I'm trying to find out if it is possible to switch the keys layout on an iPad when using a bluetooth Apple Magic Keyboard (desktop style one).

Specifically I want to switch the ctrl, cmd and option keys (I use a linux workstation and want to have the same key placeing when I move to the iPad, I'm trying to find this out before I buy the pad - either the pro 11 or new air, i already have an magic keyboard spare).
