My AppleTV 4K is not responsive.
It turns on, shows the privacy screen on my TV but does not continue.
Also the screen saver works.
Remote is charged and I can also reset by pressing Menu+Home but that is about it.
If you are new to the Siri Remote, then be advised that to confirm a selection or ‘push’ a Continue button, users should deep-press the center of the touch surface to an audible click. The remote has a barely visible hinge for the top part, for button functionality with a bit more force than swiping.

If you haven't already, please unplug the Apple TV from it's power source for about 2-3 minutes and then plug it in and re-test. If it still will not start, please call AppleCare. The phone number for your part of the planet is in AppleCare contact Information

i have 6 other devices working perfectly and I’m very familiar with the remote control and it’s functioning.
