how do I get in to view the Apple TV+ that I recently purchased?

Did you purchase or rent any movies and shows from the iTunes Store? If you did, they will show up in that app on the iPad with a cloud icon for you to download it to the device.

Yes. Every time I tap the TV icon on my iPad and I tap open the only thing I get is a message that says “You have no videos. And under that is the message saying my downloads and videos will be displayed here...”
No I’ve not purchased anything so far but once i get that page I cannot get out of it and have to exit the app and go to the App Store and re open Apple TV and after several attempts to open I finally get the page where I can select the program I want to view. I can’t figure out why I just can’t tap on the tv icon and go straight to being able to select a movie or program to watch.
Are you referring to the AppleTV app on your iOS device?

I am new to Apple TV and every time I try to sign in on the app I get a message that states that I have no downloads etc. and cannot view any of the previous show I viewed the day before. It takes me an hour to finally get the app to work.
