screen malfunction

Hi there! My MacBook Pro 13" (2016 - bought in 2017) has been randomly starting the screen with a poor quality of the image (everything shows with horizontal thin lines / image attached). After a few seconds, normally, the image gets focused. Other times I need to switch off and restart the computer to open it with normal / good quality image. This has been increasingly happening. Is there any fixing tool that I can download? Or may this mean that my screen is life counting down?... Or is it any factory bug affecting this series number? Many thanks for any help! Luís

I suspect that if you were to take a screenshot, you would not see these lines.

If so, you will know that the issue is hardware.

Give it a try, just to be sure.

If this suspicion is verified, you should contact Apple, directly.

If your local Apple Store is open, it would be good to make an appointment for evaluating your MacBook.
