Why is bajaj finance not available as a payment option in India?
Maybe contact Apple or bajaj finance and ask them. We are users like you. Apple is not here.

When they started financing in the US, it was only for iPhone purchases. They added financing for Macs later, using a zero-interest credit-card deal with a major bank (Barclay's bank). Now the US has transitioned to allowing the Apple Card (issued by JP Morgan Chase) to be used for either.
Since the Apple Online Store just opened yesterday (23 Sept 2020) in India, it may take them a while to settle on what services using which providers they want to support.
