Unknown Error: 4mem/9/40000000: 0x82bedb98

Hi Everyone,

So I am on a late2010 mbp, it has been operating smoothly so far, un-till I decided to upgrade to OS X: High Sierra, the upgrade failed from OS X: El Capitan. After running Diagnostic I'm presented with this error cade, "4mem/9/40000000: 0x82bedb98".

How do I resolve this?

At the moment, the mbp dose not boots up (shows a folder with question mark on screen), as I presume the os has been corrupted and it is not able to boot up.
