My store has changed and I'm Stuck

Hello - for some reason, my phone has switched my apps and music store to Germany. I don't know how or why this has happened. My Apple ID is showing that its region is the United States - this is what it has always been. I can't play any music from my playlists because when I try to play any song, I get a message saying that its only available on the US store. On the App Store, the app suggestions I get are German. I have checked the My Account section, and it shows that I am registered on the US store. I have tried to log out and log back in, but no help. I have tried to change the store, but it won't let me - it says I need to finish all my credit and cancel all my subscriptions and wait for them to expire before I can switch. Any ideas what I can do?
