updating software to 14.0.01 my Iphone 7 and iPad Air 2 trouble connecting to Wi-fi

I have iPhone 7 and iPad Air 2 after installing software version 14.0.01 I am having trouble connecting to my virgin media wi-fi after several restarts my iPhone will not connect to wi-fi and iPad after several restarts has limited wi-fi but keeps cutting out.

My wife has iPhone 8 and iPad Air 2 but has not installed latest update still 13.7 and has NO issues connecting to wi-fi any ideas ?

First real problem with apple products after installing software

We understand you're unable to connect to Wi-Fi. We're happy to help.


If your device will not connect to a Wi-Fi network, we recommend trying out these steps: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network


If you've exhausted those steps and still have connection issues, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support: Get Support
