Passcode for Photos on iPad and iPhone

Is there a way for Apple to have a passcode for Photos? I’m fully aware of hiding photos, but, can you create software to passcode hidden photos?

Photo access always on Lock Screen iPhone 13 When iPhone is on the Lock Screen there is a shortcut to the camera that can only be disabled by disabling the camera entirely on the phone. When anyone picks up an iPhone they can use that shortcut to open all of the photos saved on the phone. I guess my question is, why isn’t there an option to disable camera/photo access from the Lock Screen like there was on older iOS? Is there another way?

Photo album access from lock scren How I do disable photo album from the Lock Screen on my iPhone 12? I used to be able to only use the camera feature but the available photos would only be from that session. Now when my phone is still locked and my camera is accessed either from the control centre or bottom quick access camera button, my full photo album is available. Is there a way to disable this feature to keep my photos private and inaccessible from anyone who uses my camera on my phone?
