Photo access always on Lock Screen iPhone 13

When iPhone is on the Lock Screen there is a shortcut to the camera that can only be disabled by disabling the camera entirely on the phone.

When anyone picks up an iPhone they can use that shortcut to open all of the photos saved on the phone.

I guess my question is, why isn’t there an option to disable camera/photo access from the Lock Screen like there was on older iOS? Is there another way?

If a photo is taken from the Lock Screen, via the Control Centre, only that photo will be visible to anyone without unlocking the phone. To access the “All Photos” section, the phone will need to be unlocked.
