I have iPhone SE(1). Call control interface disappeared from a lock screen after upgrading to ios 14.

The problem is for all apps like Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, MS Teams and other ones.

Tapping the green banner will take you back to the call controls.
I tried to do it but it didn't help.
Try checking in settings > phone > incoming calls > select full screen option.
It should work, otherwise try to reset your phone.
It helps to take the call interface back for active mode but it doesn't help to take it back to a lock screen.
