Apple Tv Free year not working

I just recently bought my MacBook Air 2020 in May and when I click on the Apple Tv app on my MacBook, it doesn't show the option for a free year that usually comes with a new Apple device.

Can’t activate 1-year free Apple TV+ subscription. I bought an iMac on September 13, 2019. I bought a new iMac September 13, 2019 but I’m not seeing the offer for the free year of Apple TV+ in the Apple TV app. I’m running macOS 10.15.1, build 19B88. I’ve followed the directions available to me to no avail. How do I get my Apple TV+ subscription going?

May is more than three months ago. Unfortunately, you waited too long.
