IMAP SPAM and JUNK folders

I have two email accounts on a Windows PC with identical imap folders. The first, also set up on my iPad and iPhone, has a SPAM folder, same as on the PC. The second, set up today on the apple devices, has a JUNK folder but no SPAM folder. Both have JUNK EMAIL folders. Why does the newer account have a JUNK and not a SPAM folder?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13
