I upgraded my iCloud storage to 2tb and when I try backing up my photos it says can’t upgrade not enough storage space. But everything else in my phone can backup and I see the storage space is there. What can I do to fix this?

The screenshot above indicates your iCloud storage could not be upgraded.
Try plugging the device into power and connected to WiFi to see if it'll sync.
It’s not. It’s when I try backing up my photos to iCloud. It says not enough iCloud storage. I haven’t even used half of my actual device storage yet either. I’ll screenshot if I can
I know your original post already mentioned it, but I have to ask again, did you actually upgrade the iCloud storage?
Yes I know. But it is upgraded. I checked a dozen times. The only place in my phone that seems to not have caught up with my upgrade is the backup with my photos.
