Notes Lagging

Just Updated my phone and my notes make my keyboard lag. I don’t have third party keyboards. I’m not sure what to do. It only does this with long notes. I need help because it’s very annoying.

I have a long note, thousands of characters long, and when I click into it and start typing to add content, each keystroke lags by a large part of a second. Typing several characters in a row takes a few seconds. The problem exists with the American English keyboard, and it also exists with the Chinese pinyin keyboard and the Chinese handwriting keyboard. While handwriting a Chinese character, the handwriting also lags, so that the strokes in the character don't show up in real-time but lag behind my finger by up to a half second or more. In a smaller note, I don't see the lag. Maybe a new bug? There is no lag at all when scrolling up and down in the same note.

Notes app lagging Is anybody else experiencing lag when typing in notes. I’ve closed all apps prior to using it I’ve tried resetting and I’ve used a different apple device. Typing everywhere else is fine but typing in the notes is so slow

IOS 15, Notes app glitch just installed IOS 15, on my iphone 11, now Notes app glitch. Try to enter text and cursor jumps to top of page. Same problem with trying to do any text editing.

The exact same thing is happening to me. At first, I thought it was long notes, but it turns out it has something to do with the presence of a lot of lists in your notes. If I type more than a dozen or so bulleted lists I tend to notice the keyboard lagging like crazy.
