Airplay Audio does not work on macOS Catalina Apple's Apps (Podcast, Apple News, App TV, etc...), except Music App
Airplay does not work on any Apple's Apps running under macOS Catalina, except Music App . It fails on the other Apple's Apps like Podcast, Apple News, App TV, or any other Apple macOS Catalina Apps who offer Airplay Audio Streaming. Those apps are able to see the speaker(s) but don't play the audio on them. In addition the ability to multiple stream, by selecting multiple speakers at the time, as well as single stream is broken. As I'm writing, my Mac computer is running under macOS Catalina version 10.15.7, and every updates on the Mac are done. This issues have been detected and reported as soon as macOS Catalina has been released, which means 12 months ago ! (early October 2019). We are now late September 2020 and nothing has been fixed. 12 months after and nothing done.
Please, if someone from the Apple Community Specialist can help us to solve this problem. And please don't tell me to try or check this things below, as I've already talked many times to Apple support Senior Advisor, and have been through this or every other possibilities:

Those things have been checked and done, and haven't solve the problem yet.
Indeed, this is an Apple macOS Catalina software problem, who can only be solved by an update. But as it has been 12 months since the problem was detected, it's an emergency and it should be fix in a hurry. Soon macOS Big Sure will be released, and the problem will still be there. SO PLEASE FIX IT. Thank you
