Apple TV keeps defaulting to Aerial screensaver

So, I eagerly updated to tvos14 hoping that Apple have fixed the annoying issue of the screensaver defaulting back to Aerial screensaver from My Photos. Well disappointed enveloped... still doing the same thing. I have to constantly keep setting my screensaver back to my photos, and this Apple TV KEEPS changing it back to Aerial!

Try updating to the latest one: tvOS 14.1.

A reset might help, but that erases all your apps and settings,
